About services

What's a service?

A service is a blueprint for a transaction that gets delivered on Rundl. It defines how a transaction is delivered, including the steps in the process, roles for different types of participants, permissions for those roles, and other relevant settings.

Only group accounts with a subscription to our Standard or Enterprise plan can create their own services.  Whether starting from a blank canvas or choose from our suite of template services, account holder can customise services to match their own process exactly.

A service manager has permissions to control all aspects of the service - they can add subscribers, customise the service branding, change its status or publish it in the network for others to see and order.

Publishing a service allows an account holder to receive orders from other people to deliver services on Rundl.

Upgrade your account to create a service and start delivering it on the Rundl platform.
