Do my customers need a Rundl Account?

Answer:

In order to leverage the collaboration  features of Rundl and to optimise your own workflows it is see and preferable to have any and all participants to a Service transaction actively participating via the Rundl Platform. Meaning that that will need to create a Rundl Account, which you can prompt by adding any valid email address as a participant triggering an invitation be sent to the party in question.
