Managing group members

To add a Rundl user to your group:

  1. Click the Switch accounts button at the top left of the site navigation bar and click on the group you wish to manage.
  2. Click the   manage_group.jpg Manage group button at the bottom of the site navigation bar. The group content navigation bar opens.
  3. Select the "Members" tab.
  4. Click the 2018-03-13_10-35-47.jpg button.
  5. Search for the user you would like to add to your group and click add_member.jpg.
  6. The membership will show as  "Pending" until the person has accepted your invitation.

 


To invite a new person to sign up to Rundl and join your group:

  1. Navigate to your target group.
  2. Open the group content navigation bar by clicking the manage_group.jpg Manage group button.
  3. Select the "Members" tab.
  4. Click the 2018-03-13_10-35-47.jpg button.
  5. Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite.
  6. Click add_member.jpg.

 


To change a group member to private:

  1. Open the group navigation bar by clicking the manage_group.jpg Manage group button.
  2. Select the "Members" tab.
  3. Click on the group member you want to change.
  4. The manage membership side bar opens.
  5. Under settings check the box under Private.

 


 To remove a group member:

  1. Navigate to your target group.
  2. Click the  manage_group.jpg Manage group button at the bottom of the site navigation bar. The group content navigation bar opens.
  3. Select the "Members" tab.
  4. Click on the Group member you would like to remove.
  5. The Manage membership side bar opens.
  6. Click remove.jpg
