Some actions in Rundl lead to a request, where you need to approve the action before it takes effect. This includes when you're invited to:
- Participate in a rundl
- Join a group
- Subscribe to a service
Note that invitations can be sent to both people and groups. If you're a member of a group, you may need to switch back to your personal account to see the request.
In some cases, settings control whether or not you receive a request or the action take effect immediately.
When you get invited you'll receive an email notification. Note that you may have turned off the notification setting for corresponding to the action.
To accept a request under a user account:
- Click the icon button photo at the left side of the top bar. The accounts menu opens.
- Click on your account under personal account.
- Click the Requests button. Your requests page loads.
- Click on the request that you want to accept.
- Click on Accept this request.
To accept a request under a group account:
- Click the icon button photo at the left side of the top bar. The accounts menu opens.
- Click on the account under group accounts.
- Click the Requests button. Your requests page loads.
- Click on the request that you want to accept.
- Click on Accept this request.
